Design and operate multi-channel paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok) from prospecting through retargeting. Own experimentation roadmaps and incrementality tests with Analytics and deliver concise weekly performance readouts for stakeholders.
Build editorial calendars and lifecycle programs that move consideration and conversion. Work with Brand, Design, and SEO on deep dives, product stories, nurture emails, and localized assets for priority markets.
Improve technical SEO, information architecture, and crawl efficiency for commerce templates at scale. Partner with Engineering on Core Web Vitals, structured data, and international hreflang; report organic growth levers clearly.
Connect acquisition, activation, and retention into one growth model. Lead experiments (A/B, holdouts), analyze cohort/LTV with Finance, and align quarterly planning with Partnerships and regional marketing.
